Because SunnyBee flowers are made to last, you can purchase them well before the wedding. Turnaround times run long and delivery can sometimes take longer than expected. To reduce wedding planning stress and to be sure you have your flowers in plenty of time, I suggest ordering 6 months to a year in advance.

Care instructions are included with bride bouquet orders, but really there's not much to it. Just tuck them away until the wedding.

Note: lead times are just estimates. They are not guaranteed. Due to the time given to each order, my lead times run long. Estimated shipping timeframes can be found on the right-hand side of Etsy listings on PCs or by clicking ITEM DETAILS in the app. These lead times are estimated time frames around which your flowers are anticipated to be finished and ready to ship. After purchase, your invoice will show an estimated ship by date based on current lead times. However, your actual shipping date may be notably longer if I end up busier than expected. Moreover, actual delivery time will depend on the shipping method you choose. The SunnyBee is not responsible for delivery delays caused by USPS or FedEx.

I will accept returns on items from my Ready to Ship section within 5 days of delivery. The rest of my work is made to order, so I send photos before shipping to ensure accuracy. If I make a mistake, I will make it right, just contact me immediately. Failing to read listing description is not sufficient for a return. Items customized to a special size, color, or design are not returnable because I cannot resell them. For made to order items that I can easily resell, I may accept a return at my discretion. In the event that I allow it, I will credit the cost of the item back, less a 15% restocking fee to cover time lost, less shipping fees, and less all Etsy, Paypal fees. I do not allow exchanges.

It is usually fine if you need to cancel, as long as you tell me before I begin work on your flowers. If you need to cancel, I will refund your deposit or purchase cost in full. I reserve the right to decline any work that presents as incompatible with my design compendium or professional objectives. Additionally, harmonious working relationships are very important to my product quality due to the high level of collaboration I have with my clients. I do my very best to make my customers happy. However, if I feel that I cannot work satisfactorily with a customer, or cannot make the customer happy to the best of my ability, I reserve the right to refund payment and cancel the order at my discretion.

I message clients often so please link your Etsy account to your preferred email. I take pictures before shipping so clients can see how things look. Generally, orders less than $200 under are paid in full before and volume orders over $200 are split, with half paid as a deposit. Payment is required before I will add orders to my schedule. On split balances, final payment is due when flowers are near completion so that I can ship without delay once everything is done. If you are not ready to check out when I near completion of your order, I will pause on completing the order until an agreed upon time when you can pay. Exact shipping is included in the final listing. Signature is required upon delivery.

There is no industry standard for bouquet sizing. Factors to consider in selecting a size include individual height & weight, dress specs, venue, theme, budget, etc. Selecting a size is subjective and often comes down to simple preference. When I photograph my bouquets, I favor closeup shots so that I can show detail. But because I shoot closeup, exact size can be tricky to discern from my photos alone. That is why you must read my item descriptions to make an informed purchase. I measure my bouquets in circumference, not diameter because circumference is more reliable. Circumference is measured from the widest part of the body of the bouquet. Height is measured from the top of the bouquet to the bottom of the handle.

Bride's Bouquets come in the following sizes:
EX SMALL: approx 21 inches around
SMALL: approx 22-23 inches around
MEDIUM: approx 24 inches around
FULL: approx 26 inches around and up
CUSTOM: 28 inches and up available upon request

Bridesmaids bouquets come in the following sizes:
MINI: very tiny, approx 15 inches around and under. Often used as toss or jr bridesmaid bouquet.
SMALL: about 17-19 inches around. Often used for bridesmaids when cost is the main factor in choosing a size.
REGULAR: average approx 21 inches around. Often used as maids or MoH bouquet. Same size as extra small bride's bouquet.
FULL: about 23 inches around. Often used as MoH bouquet. Same size as small bride bouquet.

USPS First Class Mail: Delivery usually takes 5-7 business days. Only available for parcels under 1 lb

USPS Standard Ground: Delivery usually takes approximately 7-10 business days

USPS Priority Mail: Delivery usually takes 3-5 business days

USPS Express Mail: Delivery takes 2-3 business days. It is the fastest, most reliable method of shipping. Delivery is guaranteed by USPS

FedEx Ground: Delivery takes about 4-5 business days

Every effort is made to pack parcels with plenty of packing materials so that they arrive safely. Once the parcel is in the hands of the carrier, however, it is no longer the responsibility of The SunnyBee. Carrier is responsible for delays, loss, or damage incurred during shipping.

Photos are shot in natural light for color accuracy. Under various lighting, colors may appear different than what is shown in the listing photos. Colors may also look different depending on viewing device. Listing photos all feature the same colors, shot on different backdrops, at different angles, and sometimes under varied lighting (e.g., in bright sunlight, shade, sunset, etc). Differences in color in the example photos are due to lighting and exposure. Actual color may look like any one of the sample photos.
